Autel excels with its responsive customer service team and offers extensive support through phone, email, and live chat. Their warranty periods are generally longer, which is a significant advantage for long-term investments in diagnostic tools. Launch, on the other hand, provides reliable service with a focus on quick turnaround times for repairs and queries. Both companies offer online forums and resources, but Autel’s more comprehensive tutorials and troubleshooting guides give it a slight edge in this category. On the downside, the cost of Autel’s updates after the initial free period can be a consideration, whereas Launch offers a more cost-effective solution for long-term updates.
User Experience
User experience is a key differentiator between Autel and Launch. Autel’s devices are known for their robust construction and intuitive user interface, making them suitable for both beginners and professionals. Launch counters with a more streamlined user interface that prioritizes speed and efficiency, making it ideal for quick diagnostics checks. Both brands offer mobile app support that increases accessibility and convenience. However, Autel’s comprehensive diagnostic reports and data logging capabilities generally provide a more in-depth diagnostic experience. Is Launch x431 V pro better than Autel MS906BT and MK906BT?

Thank you so much!
Go with Launch x431 V+. The X431 V+ scan tool can work with the X431 HDIII module to support some Heavy-duty trucks. But Autel MS906BT cannot do that. And MaxiCOM is a lower-end model of this brand.
